iThrives may capture and use photos, video, and audio recordings during:

All media is used to advance our mission, raise awareness, and share the impact of our work. We strive to portray individuals respectfully and accurately at all times.

2. Consent and Permissions

We obtain informed consent before using any identifiable image, video, or audio of:

  • Children and youth (with written parent/guardian consent)

  • Program participants, volunteers, or event attendees

  • Partners or guest speakers

Group shots or crowd scenes where individuals are not clearly identifiable may be used without consent.

3. Youth Protections

To ensure the safety and privacy of minors:

  • We do not publish full names alongside images of children without explicit consent

  • We avoid sharing personally identifying information (e.g., school name, address, location)

  • We use symbolic or non-identifiable images where appropriate

We align our practices with child safety and trauma-informed standards.

4. Opt-Out and Image Removal

Anyone who wishes to:

  • Opt out of media capture at events

  • Request removal of their image from our website or materials

All media created by or for iThrives is the property of iThrives, Inc., unless otherwise credited. Unauthorized reproduction, editing, or distribution of our media content is prohibited.

6. Social Media Sharing

  • Do not alter or misrepresent the context of shared content

  • Refrain from reposting media involving children without permission
