Young Minds Deserve More Than Survival.
They Deserve the Tools to Grow, Heal, and Thrive.
Born from Urgency. Built for Change.
iThrives began with one shared belief, too many young people are struggling in silence, and support comes too late. Co-founders Steven Trout and Dr. Randia Khemer asked a bold question, what if we stopped waiting for crisis and started building resilience early?
They didn’t just launch a nonprofit. They sparked a movement, one that replaces stigma with support, and isolation with connection.
Today, iThrives is laying the groundwork for a better future through early screening, holistic care, digital tools, and strong community partnerships. We’re not here to repair broken systems. We’re here to build something better.

Ages 12–17, roughly 20.3% of U.S. teens had a current diagnosed mental or behavioral health condition.

Ages 3 to 17 (21%) had ever been diagnosed with a mental, emotional, or behavioral health condition (2021).

Ages 12-17 reported having unmet mental health care needs.

We’re not waiting on change. We’re building it early, boldly, and differently.
Your Voice Is Powerful
Every share, post, or conversation helps bring early mental health support to more kids.

Mental health is not just about healing, it's about growing, connecting, and thriving in every part of life.
Opening doors. Empowering youth. Changing the future of mental health.
At iThrives, we’re transforming youth mental health from crisis response to proactive empowerment.
We meet young people where they are—through schools, families, communities, and technology—to build emotional resilience from the start.
Don’t Wait for Change. Be The Change
Join our volunteer team and help create a world where kids get the care they need early, with compassion.

Every child deserves help long before they hit their breaking point.
Because kids shouldn’t have to fall apart to get help.
The youth mental health crisis is real—and growing. Many children and teens face anxiety, trauma, and emotional overwhelm without the tools or support to manage it. They’re often told to “be strong” or “tough it out,” while systems wait until they break to step in.
At iThrives, we believe waiting is no longer an option.
- We don’t wait for pain to become visible. We listen
- We don’t ask youth to prove they’re hurting.
- We show up before they need to.
Driven by purpose. Focused on impact. Devoted to every young mind.
Behind iThrives is a team of purpose-driven leaders, educators, and mental health advocates who believe that change begins early, and that every child deserves to be seen, supported, and empowered.
